Education Programs

A variety of educational programs are on offer at Bundoora Park Farm including farming, environmental education, horticulture, landcare, and settler and Aboriginal history.

Education sessions allow students to take part in activities ranging from animal feeding and care, plant propagation, composting and worm farming, farm production, and bush cooking.

Education Levels
There is an extensive range of education programs available to a variety of groups from preschool to tertiary level. Programs for disability groups are also available.

All education programs are conducted by experienced teaching staff who support and look out for the needs of teachers and students. Our programs involve a range of activities that can be tailored to meet your needs.

Farm-based Education Programs
A variety of education programs are available at the farm. The booklet below outlines the F-2 level programs we offer and provides information regarding how these programs relate to the Victorian Curriculum. Programs can be tailored to meet your needs.

 
History Education Program
Bundoora Park Farm also offers a history-based program through our Heritage Village. The Heritage Village includes original farm buildings, a working printers workshop, a historical school and other displays.
